    功能:养血补血,养肝明目,排除淤血,收缩子宫。 适应症:产后体弱,贫血面黄,头晕疲倦,视物不清。

    Step 1

    枸杞子洗净,拣去杂质;山楂洗净,拣去杂质和种子。Clean GouQi, wash ShanZha and seeded.

    Step 2

    将杞子、山楂放入小碗,加入清水少许,然后将小碗放入蒸笼,大火快蒸 10-15 分钟后,取出备用。Steam GouQi and ShanZha with some water in high heat for 10-15 minutes.

    Step 3

    将麻油倒入炒锅,烧至五成热时放入姜片,煸炒至两面变成褐色后,放入葱花炒香,然后放入猪肝片和米酒,大火快炒至猪肝变色。Heat sesame oil in wok, sauté ginger until both sides turns brown, add in spring onion, liver and rice wine, stir-fry in high heat until liver turns its color.

    Step 4

    加入青椒片、红椒片、胡萝卜片、杞子、山楂及药汁,继续翻炒 2-3 分钟,至菜熟后,加入食盐适当调味即可盛出食用。Toss in capsicums, carrot, GouQi and ShanZha , keep cooking for 2-3 minutes ,season with salt and dish out.
